How it works

Pay for the pages you parse — not the months you keep us around.

Most parsers charge a monthly seat fee whether you use them or not. We don't. You buy a pack of pages, use them when you have work, and what's left stays valid for a full year.

  • Buy a pack of pages

    Pick a size that matches roughly what you parse in a quarter. We refund nothing per-page after you've parsed, but you can keep the rest for 12 months.

  • No subscription, no auto-renewal

    Nothing recurs. Nothing is charged on the 1st of the month. You're not in a contract — top up when you're running low, that's it.

  • Pages roll over for a year

    A pack you buy today stays usable until the same date next year. Quiet months don't burn budget; busy months don't make you panic.

PDF, Word (.docx), Excel (.xlsx), PowerPoint (.pptx), HTML, TXT, CSV, RTF, plus images (JPG, PNG, WebP, TIFF, BMP).

HEIC, ZIP archives, and email (.eml) are not supported in the current release.

Per-file size

Up to 500 MB per file.

Larger files? Split them or contact us — we'll find a way.

Pages per document

Up to 200 pages in a single PDF.

Each page of a PDF or Office file counts as one billable page (see counting rules below).

Languages

Latin, CJK (Chinese, Japanese, Korean), Cyrillic, and Arabic scripts — including pages that mix two or three on the same page.

Handwriting support varies by document and is best-effort today.

Page counting

What counts as a page — and what doesn't.

Plain rules, in plain numbers — so the bill doesn't surprise you.

  1. PDF and Office files: one page per page

    A 12-page PDF or a 12-slide PowerPoint deducts 12 pages from your pack. Word documents and Excel sheets are counted the same way — page by page, including blank pages and cover pages.

  2. Images and text files: typically one page

    JPG, PNG, TIFF, BMP, WebP, HTML, TXT, CSV, and RTF files usually count as one page each, regardless of dimensions or content length. Very large files may be split by the system into multiple pages — the dashboard shows the actual count before billing.

  3. Every extraction counts — including re-runs

    Each pass through the engine deducts pages, even when you're re-processing a document you've already parsed. Design your schema with what you need the first time around to avoid paying twice.

  4. Failed parses don't count

    If the engine cannot return a result for a page (corrupted file, unsupported format, internal error), that page is refunded to your pack.

  5. Page validity, not credits expiring

    Pages don't 'expire' as credits — they're tied to your account for 12 months from the purchase date of each pack.

FAQ

Questions teams ask before they buy.

Do you offer subscriptions or annual contracts?
No. The only thing you buy is a pack of pages, valid for 12 months from the purchase date. Some larger customers ask for an annual prepay with a custom rate — talk to us if that's you.
What happens to unused pages after 12 months?
They expire from that specific pack. You can buy another pack at any time; new packs have their own fresh 12-month clock.
Can I get a refund on unused pages?
We refund unused pages within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked. After 14 days the pack is non-refundable but stays valid for a year.
Do you offer volume discounts above 20,000 pages?
Yes. Once you're regularly running 50k+ pages per quarter, the per-page price comes down further. Email us and we'll send a custom quote.
Can I get an invoice or VAT receipt?
Yes — checkout runs on Stripe, which automatically emails you a receipt after every purchase with line items, your billing details, and any applicable VAT or GST. EU customers can add their VAT number at checkout for the B2B reverse charge. Past receipts and invoices can be downloaded from the Stripe-hosted billing portal linked to your account.
What payment methods are accepted?
Checkout is handled by Stripe. All major credit and debit cards are accepted, plus Apple Pay and Google Pay. Stripe also enables regional methods (SEPA, iDEAL, Bancontact, ACH, and others) depending on your country — Stripe picks the right set automatically at checkout. For larger packs that need to be billed via bank transfer, talk to us first and we'll arrange it.
Do prices change with foreign-exchange rates?
We set each currency's price independently rather than converting USD on the fly, so the number you see on the page is the number you'll be charged. We review currency prices roughly twice a year.
Can my team share an account?
Not in a multi-seat way yet — the current release is single-account. Multi-seat team workspaces with per-user permissions are on the roadmap. Email us if you're a larger team and we can talk about how to handle the rollout.
